I was curious to know if this group it is interested to discuss only about 3D printing based on traditional extrusion machines (FDM/FFM) or if other 3D printing approaches can be discussed here. In any fablab/makershop I have seen I have always found a variety of fabrication technology beside the usual filament based machines.
So the question is:
What are the digital fabrication technology you are interested into?
It’s a 3d printing group. Thats Additive manufacturing, whether SLA, FDM, or other type.
A laser cutter or mill isn’t a 3d printer.
^ Exactly. I’m interested in a lot of things, but this group is focused on 3d printing specifically.
