I read somewhere that you should keep the VFD away from circuit boards like the tinyg and or breakout boards and that you should separate low voltage from high voltage. I see pictures of panels where the VFD is installed inside the control box right next to the tinyg. Is this ok to do and if not how much of a separation is needed. I build my control box out of a 12" x12" plastic box and I was able to get the VFD, the tinyg, and the 24 volt transformer all into this box. If it is best to separate the tinyg from the VFD I can install the tinyg in a separate box next to the box I already built. If this is ok can I use a plastic box or is a metal box better. It would be easier to move tinyg than it would the VFD. Any suggestions.

Thanks

VFD can put out electrical noise that may be picked up in low voltage lines.
My other concern would be with heat build up from power supply and and VFD.

I moved the tinyg into another plastic control box and added a 80x80mm 24v fan behind the tinyg blowing inward and added a exhaust filter on the opposite upper side. In the control box with the VFD and transformer I have another fan
