I am about to print the Truggy. Has anyone printed the structural parts from PET? I have access to a few flavors of PET(petg, pett) and was curious if it would be suitable for the gears and structural components that need to be very durable. I have some nylon but that stuff is so hard to get to stick to the bed and not warp.
I may suggest you to use PVA or some gluestick for Nylon. Personally i print alot with trimmer line and nothing beside of these UHU sticks helped me out. I use a heatbed, Kapton tape on top (with a little sanding) and then UHU glue. You may also use a wet tissue or something to make the glue layer even. Hope this helps!
