I also re-created the servo holder in Sketchup if anyone would like the file. I had to accommodate a slightly bigger servo (24mm). Worked perfectly.

Has the benefit of being very easy to mod. I am considering moving the base plate mounting holes to move the servo to the right more and give room for the steering linkage.
If you did that I would love the file for that, right now the front piece of my car has a nasty dremel hole in it.
Just reverse the orientation on installation.
