Now that you are able to print this bot, what sort of innovations do you imagine bringing to the table to change it to suit specific purposes? I know this is tricky with robotics projects: you but so much effort into achieving the excellent behaviors your bots perform – I loved the Gangnam Style dancing at World Maker Faire.

First would be to redesign the covers to look like Gundam, Atom, Gort or Robbie.

Redesign the head to fit a kinect like senor.

Better hands or grippers so he can pick up objects

Those are just off of the top of my head.

Very cool! I hope you are documenting this project. This is going to be huge. You have me obsessed with robotics kits after sharing leads with me for that gift guide – I am looking forward to learning more.
