HI! not sure why I write this but an idea came to my head using solder tin instead of pla/abs while printing…!! I really want to make this work!! can anyone give me a hint ?

Wow that actually works pretty well. Makes me want to embed some simple circuits in printed objects.
In the long run, this kind of thing might be fun to experiment, but unless the trace with of the solder extrusion <= the width of the plastic, it isn’t practical. Running a wire is much more efficient from a conductivity, replacement, maintenance, etc. level - in most circumstances. That’s not to say some elegant machinery couldn’t be created with a technique like this - or that no one should pursue it.
