Hi guys, I’ve managed to snap two axles now, both at the same point, on the left hand side, opposite side to the spur gear.

I printed the last axle with 3 perimeters, 3 top and bottom layers and a 50% infill in petg, is abs a better bet? Or maybe 100% solid pla?

I think Nylon would do a better Job. Im new to the OpenRC group, but on most of my bought cars it is solid ABS, or Nylon. But in my experience the Nylon things can take some more impact before they snap. So try Nylon or ABS.
