Hi all! I am a high school student writing about 3D printing in the classroom for a summer program at Northwestern University. If anyone knows or is an educator please reach out to me. I’d love to ask you a few questions.
What do you want to know?
I donated a printer to my local elementary school and taught the 3rd graders CAD once a week last semester. I also set up the high school with a printer that they’ve yet to use.
Earlier this week I talked to some curriculum forming organization (honestly I forget the name, but they’re funded by Chevron) about 3d printing along with the rest of the lab.
I can also point you to the 3rd grade teacher I was working with if you’d like.
