Hey guys!! Finally made that Z reinforcement plate I designed a few weeks ago. Ill let the video explain how much it helped stiffen my Z assembly.

This is at 140 ipm @ 0.7 DOC with a 1/4 bit. 16k rpm. 40ipm plunge
(3500mm,18mm,6mm bit, 1000 plunge)
