Hey Group, it’s been a while since I’ve been in here. I’ve been busy working on a few things including this Quadcopter for a mold making video series I just finished up. This shows how we used a 3D Printed mold in ABS (PLA works well too!) for making custom flex-foam landing pads from 2-part, castable polyurethane foam. I also 3D printed the rest of the airframe pieces aside from some 5/8 Spruce arms and a separate molded polyurethane part to make the high impact “roll cage” (more on that later).
