Here is the second halfway successful thing I printed with my Prusa Mendel. I was surprised. I am using Gen7 v1.5 electronic with Repetier firmware and host. I am having trouble getting my extruder to heat to the temp I set. It always stops 5-8 degrees below what I set.
Anybody have any comments on how the print looks?

Weird spottyness. Do you know what is causing that yet?
I have tuned the PID with auto tune.
Some of the snottiness is because I switched from black to white filament and the black wasn’t cleared out all the way. The other spots are where the layers started and stopped. Still need to try and tune everything.
Might want to check retraction settings too.
