Here is a 60mm Cooling Fan Adaptor for Greg’s Wade Extruders I made to cool prints and the hot end all at once.
This one has a “wing” to mount leds to if you want.
I’m currently using this on my Prusa i3 with E3D hotend. The 60mm x 10mm fan is much quieter than the 30mm fan that came with the E3D.
