Here are some early snaps of our actively cooled ALL-METAL (apart from the fan and fan-duct) hot end prototype.

We think we can perform on a par with J-Head in all normal use cases, as well as having the ability to go up to silly-hot to extrude whatever thermoplastic you may desire (Nylon, Polycarbonate etc…)

As far as pricing we are quite sure that we can equal or go lower than a J-Head, while including a heater cartridge and a thermistor.

May i ask again: Why is the nozzle made of brass?

@Thomas_Sanladerer you’ll find that aluminum actually pairs the fluctuation in temperature way too well. Brass works better, as it tends to not push heat into the surroundings as easily.
