We find that water adsorption is not a problem at all, but we are in Colorado at 7,000 feet elevation so in the winter our indoor humidity is typically single digits, and in the summer with the A/C on is seldom exceeds 20% or so. If we were at sea level or near the coast we might have a little more issues but not up here.
