Interested in that BBB/cape review!

@ThantiK I’ve been pushing that one back for way too long already (partly due to reasons I couldn’t control). But it’s next in line, no matter what!

@Thomas_Sanladerer got my bbb/bebopr++ pushing my volcano!

Harder, better, faster, a little less stronger (heat break).

Considering this for infill speed improvement.

Just the motivation I need! … I’ve had my Volcano for a few weeks now but haven’t had time to get it going.

Saw the review, and am waiting for my own now. My intention is to print car parts, but I have not yet found a group of suitable filaments that can withstand 200-250 degree temps. I imagine that will be more then enough so that it can tolerate engine heat etc. I want to make a EFI intake plenum for my car. I see no reason why I need to spend $1K plus on such an item. Would you @Thomas_Sanladerer happen to have some suggestions?

PEEK filament is what you’re looking for. Alternatively, you could do a porous infill and fill the voids with epoxy. Or you could print with what you have and wrap it with fiber reinforced epoxy.
