There is a massive amount of information on the internet about the ESP8266, including how to wipe or format it and how to flash it. As for a DEAUTH program, I’m not so inclined to help you there.

@RAAMESH_S There is no need to explicity flash the ESP. You need to setup the Arduino IDE correctly in order to compile and upload to your board. There are many descriptions how to configure the IDE for use with ESP8266.
