First Test of the CRAMPS last night works with the standard trivial kinematic module

First Test of the CRAMPS last night works with the standard trivial kinematic module in LinuxCNC. I havent tried to heat up a hot end or bed with it yet though. I bet that could get interesting.

@Charles_Steinkuehler Im having issues loading the coreXY kinematic module. I had issues with this a while back but was able to get it compiled and installed with sudo apt-get install linuxcnc-dev but its not working in this image.

Post on the Machinekit list with details of your CoreXY problem.
Also, be sure to update the python ReadTemp.py script for the CRAMPS board (or just do a git pull). The version that shipped on the images still uses 1K for the pull-up value. This was switched to 2K, but I apparently managed to not get the update committed to the Machinekit repository until recently. Without the fix, your temperatures will read too high (ie: room temperature will show around 40+ Deg. C).
