Great!! Today I studied how to design these transformers, Now I am in stage to know what is the input and output on them. Or atleast the voltage and current before feeding it to HV Flyback. Frequency I can calculate from CT and RT value on TL494 pins.
I think marking on transformers is its turn ratio? e.g EI 33-4 or 22-9, I may be wrong but this format seems relevant since there is no other material inside to name it like solid state devices.

Dots on both secondaries of gate driver transformer should be opposite so that MOSFET can switch alternatively.
In your circuit both secondary winding are on similar dots, means both MOSFETs will be ON at the same time. is this correct according to this circuit or requirement?

Sorry Pradeep, i only reversed engineered it from the pcb so i could have made a mistake or they built it in such way with an error. Cheers
I did not pay attention to the transformers winding construction. The dots may well be wrong.
