ESP8266 Auto program with DTR
For what modules ist this applicable? How to use it?
What is the difference between FTDI - RST and DTR?
Any change in Reset Method (ck/nodemcu) ?
Does GPIO 2 need to be high?
Kind of confusing how R2 and R3 are drawn. Both are just referenced to the 3V3 rail, but at first glance it looks more complicated. I would put at least 1k on GP15 as well, as drawn in the event it gets set high in software, it will crowbar to the ground rail.
@Gordon_McLellan Thanks, yes if you want to use GPIO15, it must connect to GND with a resistor.(1k or 10k or…)
