Yes. It is paint.
cool… how did you go about doing the paint? i find that is often the most difficult part of these types of projects.
How is metal is easy. Papering the surface and just spread the surface that you don’t want to be painted with thin fat, and paint with spray. Then after that paint is dry, clean the fat. This is not possible when using wood.
