Ok ! great !!. It’s good to know that. Did you try to move 4th axis using smoothie as cnc ?
@Antonio_Hernandez I only have Smoothie hooked up to a laser and not a CNC machine. Rotary should still work the same.
You might also want to try out fusion360. Light years a head of Laserweb4 for regular cnc control. It also does rotary.
Ok, very good. I’ll try Fusion360. Thanks for your info and time !.
I dont know to compile into 4 axis in windows ?
Someone can help me?
You need to follow the instructions at compiling-smoothie [Smoothieware] and if you run into trouble, start a topic to get help about it.
(alternatively, maybe the automated build at the bottom of getting-smoothie [Smoothieware] would work for you)
Why i can not download the last binary file by jim moriss
in automated build for cnc 4 axis ?
I can here. There’s a warning about something related to security, maybe try another browser, or find some option that lets you force through the download?
suree… now i can download it. is the firmware 4 axis by jim morris include lcd 12864 too?
