Does anybody suffer from defect of E3D v6 nozzle?

I bought 4 E3D v6 about 6 months ago,
2 of them worked perfectly.
But other 2 have problem in extruding correctly.

  • My extruder make ‘tickling’ sound and skips filament.
  • I tried to adjust tension of extruder but failed.
  • I exchanged nozzle with previous working hotend. and It worked!!

I’m very disappointed quality control of E3D.
And they sent me wrong cables for thermistors which cannot be fitted into flanged clip. I had to ask them to send me another.

Now I had to buy new nozzles but I’m not sure how many nozzles should I buy considering defect possibility.

My suspicious nozzle had not been used before I saw issues. It shows problem at first extrusion test. Unlike those 2 nozzles, I have no issue with same configuration in other nozzles.
