Color byLayer, TEXT and MTEXT are working.

White lines default to black, object colors override layer colors. Just need some pixel calcs to get text perfectly aligned.

MTEXT fonts and formatting are supported

+Peter van der Walt, The Laser operations work but the vcarve may freak out a bit. If you send my a workspace save of a text vcarve you do I can test and modify.
