Having a 3d printer is awesome. Had an idea and 20 minutes later made a model to print. Just a quick experiment. It’s in the printer now. Will see if it works. I use polygonal 3d modeling (not CAD) so always a challenge to get functional models to work the first go through.
You get lucky every once in a while. They printed exactly as I envisioned. The models need a little cleaning up but pretty good over all. No supports required for printing.
