An alternative device-tree source language

@Pantelis_Antoniou recently showed up on the device-tree list with a proposal for a new device-tree compiler called yamldt. It produces the same DTB files as dtc, but the source format is different. Rather than go with the classic DTS format, yamldt deals with device trees expressed in the YAML format. So, the above fragment, in the new scheme, would look like this
