z axis wrong direction

(Jason Giroux_SW) #1

My printer recently started acting up. Whenever the printer were to change layers the z axis would move up instead of down. It homes correctly (i have a z min endstop) any help would be greatly appreciated!

i have provided my config file and i am on the most recent firmware.

Hey.

Please make sure your connector/wiring to the stepper is correct, this can happen if only 3 of the 4 wires actually connect to the stepper driver.

Does it only move up, or does it move in reverse ?

Cheers.
