You know how they always tell you to pay attention to details? Can you spot what is wrong in picture 1? Picture two shows the assembly in right, but the cause of why I turned it 90 degrees in the first place. I had two components upside down, so it seemed like I had to turn it. You may laugh, I laughed at myself!

Also just wanted to make sure you have the thin 10mm ID shims between the corner pulleys and the bearings. Some people forget those the first time and the pulley flange rubs on the bearing.
