No. With size surface area expands to the square but volume expands by the third degree. So since essentially the skin gets thinner, the ratio of empty infill to solid surface gets more efficient.

Sure, but you better be able to swap filament mid print.

Is that dual extrusion? If so I want to see under that shroud how they got the nozzle carriage so compact. And where the cooling fans are located.
