Working on finalizing my build, I grey doughnut came with the VFD but I haven’t found it referenced anywhere. Can someone explain where it is installed?
Hi @Donald_Brunswick the grey ring is a ferrite ring. If one is going to remote mount the VFD display they suggest using the ferrite ring on the remote cable. We are all mostly gcode controlled though and don’t remote mount.
