Working on a printed ball diff using steel bbs. I’ll post the cad models if it works. Fits in a slightly modified case.
Just ordered the bearings. I don’t have a car to put it in yet, but i’m sure i can figure something out.
You absolutely need steel washers for the bearing surfaces. bbs just sink into the PLA.
