Wiring up the Machine Power Control Panel. This features multiple safety layers and better motion controls. All wiring is color coded and numbered. The insulation is rated at 0.6/1KV and also V90. The control mechanisms are Telemechanique and Schneider. There are multiple meters for reading AC power DC power, spindle rpm and spindle temperature. Now I am ready to build a simple Motion Control Panel. I will keep you peoples posted and share ideas with you.

I know very little about CNC but I do know how to wire them up. I am not a machinist. I do like learning CNC and can do basic G code.
