Most hardware stores will custom cut glass for you, and it’s pretty damn cheap too.

Know of anywhere to get borosilicate cut @ThantiK ? Do hardware stores even carry it?

You can’t cut borosilicate the typical way, it’ll shatter. You have to have it water jet cut I believe, which on a custom basis, is expensive. You might be able to find a suitable size glass plate on amazon.

@ThantiK and @Nick_Adams I’ve cut small sections of borosilicate by scoring and then running the crack by tapping on the back side of it while the front is face down on a cloth or pad. You do have to be careful to get a single score line otherwise the crack will jump unpredictably. I’m not sure if this would scale up and work for a large sheet. I think you could do it if you take your time.
