Spain has the biggest european open source 3d printing community and is the country with more 3d printing shops. It even has at least 3 commercial low cost printers designed in Spain for sale, for example the bq witbox or the reprapbcn3d+

The Netherlands definitely has the highest density of 3D printing.

Which country cares the most about which country appears to be leading the way? I don’t care, as long as the world has access.

I think the country of RepRap is leading everything. With their armored fleet of battleprinters they’ve already struck the countries of 3DSystems, and Stratasys pretty hard and people are moving away from expensive printing government control and starting to gain independence!
