What is a good app for making 3d models from photos that does not cost my first born child???

Unfortunately this is the reason for the post. the Monthly or annual subscription for that software is more than my free 99 budget allows at the moment.

123D Catch used to be free, though I thought Autodesk was retiring all of the 123D apps to focus on other software. Might still be free with the “trial” version for makers like with Fusion 360.

I thought Autodesk Momento had similar or even better functionality however.
