Well it took longer than a couple of days but school is keeping me busy. I finally installed the new board for my printrbot (Happily provided by +Brook Dr). Loaded my firmware and opened her up. Happy to say that after rigorous testing it remained perfectly fine, and no matter how many times I moved the axis after it was off, the firmware never corrupted. Thanks for the help everyone (That did) and I will be sending the old board back to printrbot for testing, as soon as I can make it to the post office.
