Watch this - about 20-30 seconds in the head hops something fierce (this isn’t as bad as it gets), I’d like to see how delta’s handle such rapid little features… I don’t think I can do much other than slow down. Or does anyone have a suggestion?

This is a problem with your slicer. Those hops look reminiscent of an old Slic3r bug where it would put random strings on the inside of overhanging walls…

Lower your acceleration a bit. It will slow down on the small sections but still allow the head to move quickly on longer movements

I’m using KISSlicer 1.1.0.14 (May 2013) for Ubuntu. I’ve pretty much got it dialed in and am not too keen on switching right now.

@Alex_Wiebe , you have your wall thickness a multiple of your extrusion width in KISSlicer, right?

Skin thickness: 0.8
Extrusion width: 0.4
Infill extrusion width: 0.4
Number of loops: 3

I would agree on trying to lower accel. I don’t think the wood framed Printrbot can take that much acceleration.
