Nahh use extrudr fichte. You can use it on a 0.3 nozzle and it wont jam anything. Best woodfill ever

@VolksTrieb - Not got a 0.3 but never had a jam on 0.4 with this.

Well on all other woodfills I had jams. Especially when printing slow… Good for you then :smiley:

@VolksTrieb Yeah, I think the trick with this woodfill is to get it out of your hot end as soon as possible or it turns into a tar like consistency and causes jams (as least in my experience)

keep in mind that layer height below 0.2mm could also jam even with a 0.5 nozzle.

@Ulrich_Baer True, I uaually go with .3 layers…

And I run a cleaner filament through the hot end every few prints or so, to clean out any loose wood fibers.

Not with extrudr ^^ I print 0.15mm layer @30mm/sec :wink:

jammed (after about 20min printing) at 0.15mm with Fichte from extrudr … and when going to 0.3 no jam – seems that either you had luck or i didn’t …
