Very interesting.
It surprise me the 0.12 difference of size. I would expected a perfect 2.00 from laser.
If the model, loaded into a CAD is EXACTLY 2.00mm then may be it exist also small mechanical tolerances in the laser deflectors or mechanics, and this could make the price difference between Form1 and 6 times price professional printers.
