Ok, I got the xloader to update the firmware since the Vigotech software will not work on my vg-l7 without the update and yes it gets that popup to update the firmware when I try to use it. Now I got the Xloader up and running with the correct com port that my device is connected and got the correct firmware from Vigotech but I forgot to change the bauld rate which is 56K. Nowwill it mess up the firmware if I stop it and put at a higher bauld rate? If not then how long does it usually take to update the firmware?
Okay, I got the firmware loaded by dragging it to the firmware software onto the icon for the the vigotec software and the other 2 files it ask for. Then ran the software and it automatically updated the firmware.
