trying to mill a steel-sheet with a 2.5mm endmill and then fold it. The corners could be sharper - but for a first try it is ok…
there was indeed some deflection - and the tool I had was not the best. I milled the 1mm material in ten paths, 0.1mm each. The first six paths are perfect without any deflection. After the seventh paths the deflection begins - but only on one side of the piece… have to figure out why.
