Trying to do some more quality trouble shooting on this print. I designed this print in inventor, as a way to keep my bed posts from sliding out. It’s working well, but I’m getting some pimples on the inside of the housing where the wood support fits. It’s only on the interior of the y-axis movement. Could this be a retraction setting calibration problem?
Running: ABS at ~18-18C room temp, 230C extrusion temp on a MakerFarm Prusa i3 8". 0.35 mm J-head currently.
