Took 3 days but finally found someone with the same issue

One thing i noticed on the 3 prusa’s i build is that the leftover of the belt really should not be sticking out that much. I trimmed them down on 2 of my printers to prevent them from hitting the wheel.
On my Y axis the left over isnt enough to cause that
