Tire printing

I’m trying to print the small tire (goes on a luggage wheel) in TPU, but don’t seem to have the proper setting in CURA. It’s being printed as printed as shown in the picture and I’ve used LINES for support. The top of the tire come out fine but on the bottom where is curves up off the bed the layers don’t seem to stick together well. Any suggestion as to the proper CURA settings?

Current pertinent settings (I think)
Bed temperature 60°
Nozzle temperature 230°
Print speed 60.0
Support placement Everywhere
Support pattern Lines
Support density 20.0
Support line distance, 1.5

Are you using a cooling fan? I think I would in this situation.

yes I am using the fan. I was wondering about the print speed, should I try slowing it down?

I guess I’m just trying to get some advice so I don’t have to go through all those possible choices one of the time.

Oh, I just noticed print speed of 60mm/s.

Yes, I would slow down. 30-40mm/s is more typical for successful TPU printing in my experience with a volcano hotend, and it depends on the filament, too.

Thanks I’ll give that a try in a few days, re-organizing my wood shop to accommodate the printer. Also, have to build a cover for it.
