Those that have a #makibox, what is your secret. I mean what did you do to get @Makible to deliver besides pay for the box? My order was supposed to be produced on the 23rd dec, yet I’m still unable to contribute to the #3dprinting world. Obviously being patient and polite isn’t working for me any more… #angry
Just keep youre cool
being patient for about 2% more then the total wait aint that mutch. Mine is still “packing” but it might be on it way already. Makibox support is looking in on this.
When you fund kickstart-style projects, don’t expect things to progress along any sort of predictable schedule. That’s just not the way it works.
I understand that, and I agree @Michael_Kirkland . What angers me is the repeated ,“wait one more week” then , “wait till early next week”. So on and so forth. It gets old being told to wait. Espically when your order is supposedly produced and just waiting to be shipped. When setting an expectation(shipping in this case), how hard is it to follow through?
Their , “polish” is just fine. And the communication while lacking in public information updates is also just fine, when emailing support directly. At least in my experience. After 2 years I dunno of you can claim to be new any more, and I’m mot completely sure you post addresses any thing I was complaining about really. But thanks for your opinions @Nick_Kloski2
International procurement is hard. It’s not surprising they’ve hit a few hiccups.
Mine went into production today.
Lets see when you get it. I would be interested in seeing how long it takes from production to tracking number.
