This is probably dumb, but maybe you guys can help me.

This is probably dumb, but maybe you guys can help me. I’m working on my widget using cloud9 and chrome. It seems like I have to stop and restart the runme.js every time I make changes if I want to see the changes on the webpage. If I just refresh the runme.js preview and then force refresh on my widget page, it usually doesn’t refresh.

Just preview the html file on its own rather than the auto generated file

Hey Justin, your wording sounds a bit off to me, so I’d like to phrase it my way, and we can take it from there. You run runme.js once. In the terminal at the bottom you get your relative url (ends in http://c9users.io) which will take you to the Readme page. There is a “test url no ssl” in the table of the readme. You click that, and that’s your preview - it should open in a new page. Now if you refresh that page, it should recreate everything automatically. You should not have to re-run runme.js

Thanks guys - that makes more sense than checking my widget at the http://chilipeppr.com site every time I make a change.
