This is a home-made Reprap, Prusa Mendel i3 style. It is made out of scrap wood and recovered motors from used (normal) printers. It could be faster? Sure. It could be less horrible? Definitelly, but still, I am amazed of the resolution and presicion I am achieving with it. In the video: printing the Y-corners to build another (proper) i3. About that: I’m using an infill of 25% for the pieces in general, 50% for extrusor body and 80% for extrusor gears…What do you think? It will be enough?
