This guy has an Indiegogo campaign to get this thing injeciton molded. It’s an arduino/LCD/Rubber button enclosure. While you can print one, an injection molded one would be great for companies that build and sell printers.

I see it’s battery powered. Does it turn the screen into a wireless remote?
You probably can run it from the 9V battery. It’s simply a housing for an arduino and the lcd/4 button shield which I guess does not have an SD slot (at least that I saw). There is room for a small dev board in it too, but not an entire RAMPS. You could probably mount the RAMPS or similar remotely and use a cable between it and the Arduino. It’s not necessarily designed with 3D printers in mind, just Arduino projects in general.
