There is a new way to install LaserWeb3 in Windows.

There is a new way to install LaserWeb3 in Windows. It uses the NMP install method. Check out the instructions in the LaserWeb3 Wiki!

I’m going to test this out!

On the wiki - move “step 5” “Uninstall old versions of node.js (version 0.12 etc) - we are going to need a clean install of Node 4 LTS” to “step 1”

Will do Michael

Tried it this week, worked just fine…

What is the correct IP address to connect to laser web with the new version

Once you open your browser just type localhost:8000 in the address bar or http://192.168.0.1:8000 (same as using localhost) This IP will show up in the command prompt window after you start the node.js service.
