The plastic tube inside the hotend melted, would the print be affected if I don’t replace the plastic tube, and if so what type of plastic tube should I be looking for
Do you have a closer picture? (Try a magnifying glass in front of the camera lens.) Sorry I don’t know what kind of tube it is. (You may be able to find such information with some google search.) The tube does not look melted, although I am a little concerned about the char. (Not that I have inspected mine.) Did you print ABS? Maybe you should do a temperature measurement to see if OctoPi is receiving the correct values.
