The demand, it seems, for multi-physics, computational modeling is very high! I did not realize this before I posted, so I’m afraid that I can not volunteer so much time. I will try to respect those that originally responded with my previous promises. To highlight what we can do:

Structural design and optimization, typically limited to small deformations.
Fatigue and fracture analysis
Thermal analysis (include material thermodynamics) and design of your parts and printer components
Sensitivity studies and uncertainty analysis to aid design optimization
Performance analysis of components and parts

Our capabilities can be expended based on the demand and your input. Feel free to contact me or visit the website and we can address your needs.

Just to elaborate: This kind of modeling is first-principles, physics driven. Our focus is the nuclear industry, where we provide modeling support for reactor analysis and power uprates, typically focused at university research reactors, but our approach has been expanded to modeling other systems, like high-temperature furances.
